Online group coaching, and why it would work for you

Life can get really busy sometimes – with work, family, social lives, and various other commitments, it becomes difficult to find time for other activities, like exercise! If this sounds like it could be you, then online group coaching is perfect.

Online group coaching is exactly as it sounds - coaching in a group format.

There are four main goals of online group coaching:

- Identifying each client’s personal goal; this goal will then be addressed in a clear, measurable, and attainable way

- Providing clients with support, encouragement, and motivation

- Using the group’s wisdom to lead each client towards achieving their goal

- Using the group’s support system to encourage motivation and accountability

With a specific programme designed for you, to complete in your own time from your local gym or home, you no longer need to worry about fitting in an hours’ appointment at the gym with me - you can access my exercise programming from anywhere in the world, at any time.
