I have been training with Sophie virtually several times a week since the unfortunate Covid-19 lockdown begun. In that time I have gone from being able to plank for 30 seconds to over 2 minutes. I now feel in the best shape I have ever been in. I am also starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with a couple of long term injuries as I have finally started to consistently work at the strength and stability elements of training I had never quite managed to do for a long enough period of time. I love being able to workout in the comfort of my own home with minimal equipment and will continue to do so even after Covid-19. I can not wait to see how it affects my swimming once I am back in the pool. Bring on Nationals - thank you Sophie for helping me!
